Three planets in dignity

Most charts have one dignified planet or none. This one has three, and all three are stable across the birth date.

The Moon is at about 9.1 degrees of Taurus, its sign of exaltation and the strongest placement it has. In Jyotish the Moon signifies the mind, so an exalted Moon describes a settled and well-resourced mental nature.

Mercury is at 2.6 degrees of Gemini, its own sign. Mercury is the karaka of intellect, analysis, communication and commerce, and Gemini is one of its two homes. An own-sign Mercury is the analytical faculty operating on its own terms.

Jupiter is at 11.8 degrees of Sagittarius, also its own sign, and retrograde. Jupiter signifies wisdom, teaching and expansion.

An exalted Moon with an own-sign Mercury is a combination worth pausing on, since the two together describe the mind and the intellect both operating in strength.

The rest, and the one moving part

His Sun is at 26 degrees of Taurus in Mrigashira. Note that this is Taurus in the sidereal zodiac, whereas Western tropical astrology places the same birth date in Gemini. That is the standard one-sign shift and it is why his Vedic sign differs from the one usually reported.

Saturn is at 17.8 degrees of Taurus in Rohini, so it shares a sign with both the Sun and the exalted Moon. Venus is at 7.4 degrees of Gemini in Ardra and retrograde. Mars is at 24.9 degrees of Gemini in Punarvasu. The nodes run Rahu in Capricorn and Ketu in Cancer.

The one thing that moves during the day is the Moon's nakshatra. At midnight it sits at about 1.6 degrees of Taurus in Krittika, and by the end of the day it has reached 16.6 degrees in Rohini. The sign stays Taurus throughout, so the exaltation is certain, but the nakshatra is not, and since the nakshatra lord sets the dasha sequence, that fork matters. Krittika is ruled by the Sun and Rohini by the Moon.

What the missing birth time costs

Wikipedia records his date and place of birth and no time, and I found no primary source for one. So the ascendant, all twelve houses, house-based yogas, the Navamsa and the other divisional charts, and the dasha dates are all unavailable.

The dignities survive that gap intact, which is the useful part. Whether the Moon is exalted does not depend on what time he was born; it depends only on the sign, and the sign holds all day. The same goes for Mercury and Jupiter.

What you cannot get is which houses those dignified planets occupy or rule, and in Jyotish that is what decides which areas of life they act on. A strong planet in a difficult house behaves differently from the same planet elsewhere. So this page tells you the planets are strong. It cannot tell you where that strength lands.
