Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective June 4, 2026

This policy covers purchases of consult question packs on KundliAI, operated by Enkon Engineers. Packs are one-time purchases of digital consult credits — there is no subscription and nothing auto-renews.

1. Cancellation

Because each pack is a one-time purchase (not a recurring plan), there is nothing to cancel after payment. You are never charged again automatically.

2. Refunds on unused packs

If you have not used any credits from a pack, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email us and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

3. Used packs

Once you have used any credit from a pack, that pack is non-refundable, as the service (an AI-generated consultation) has already been delivered and consumed.

4. Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but did not receive your credits, or were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us and we will refund the affected amount in full. You do not need to wait the 7 days for these cases.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@kundliai.app from the address on your account, with your payment date and the amount. We respond within 2 business days.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking) within 5–7 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or UPI provider.
