You can request permanent deletion of your KundliAI account and all associated data at any time. This page exists so you can submit a deletion request without uninstalling the app.
Email us at the address below with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the name and email associated with your account so we can locate your records.

We respond to all deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data are removed.

We retain only the minimum information required for legal and financial compliance (e.g., invoice and tax records for completed payments). This retained data does not include your birth chart, consult history, or any astrology-related personal information.
If you want to keep your account but delete specific data (for example, just your consultation history), mention that in your email. We can remove individual data categories without closing your account.
